We really enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly affordable and we were there for a Disney Trip so it was a nice close drive there! It’s also close to multiple eating locations and Walmart which we needed during our stay! The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff all seemed super nice! Frankie specifically was super sweet! We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided and it made for a nice start to our day!

The staff was extremely polite and so friendly. Frankie at the front desk made everything so easy and she was amazing. This place was super clean, fresh and the attention to detail was amazing They turned the air on before I got there so the room was nice and cool. The shower pressure was very nice. Took no time to rinse my long hair. The rate was unbelievable and couldn’t believe it wasn’t more since I had checked out a lot of locations. Definitely would highly recommend this place to everyone and will be back.

I loved the location because it was close to so many stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great and convenient for us. The pool was clean and a really nice luxury for the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very ample parking available.

Hidden GEM! It was a nice room with a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, and a single cup coffee maker with caffeinated and decaf provided. The bathroom was nice, too. The hotel provided bottles of liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The free breakfast was pancakes, toast, a couple of cereal choices, yogurt, coffee, etc.

Me and my husband had a great stay over the weekend. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the ac was set in the room like a requested. Room was nice clean. The nice touch with the hanging shapoo, conditioner , body wash, lotion, and hand soap I thought it was the neatest idea and they smelled good.. the pool was clean nice also the breakfast they have a pancake maker I won’t one now for my house for the kiddos lol

Very clean, breakfast was excellent. Outside of the hotel was not as I expected, but inside was excellent. Very clean. The person in the front desk name Jay, was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Jay, for all the help. We went to Holliday inn in Miami, after this hotel. But this hotel was much better then Holliday inn. If we ever go to Orlando again, we will definitely stay in Surestay.

It’s my 2nd time going and the service has not failed. Super clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfy. I’m 8 months pregnant, so the pillows were top notch. Staff are always SUPER welcoming. And the part I love the most when staying multiple nights, is that they have a fridge with a freezer compartment! Since Culver’s was a few mins away, I was able to get a my favorite custard ice cream, to put away away in case my craving decided to wake me up in the middle of the night. :D I will continue staying there when going to Clermont!

The location was off the main road. It was quiet. The room overall was great - Clean, working thermostat, nice variety of channels on the TV, and had a mini-fridge. Plus, the best was super comfortable. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and clear. It was a good value for the money compared to other hotels in the area.
